BPMN for Business Process Modelling - Intensive Course
Home » BPM Training » BPMN Course

Course Overview
How do you communicate a business process, so that everyone has the same interpretation?
A picture tells a thousand words – for this reason a process model is the most effective communication tool.

Generally, a team of Process Analysts develop the numerous process models that represent an organisation. However, not all Analysts express the process in the same flavour.
This can cause grief to the project, as process models must link, flow and "speak" the same language.

This course explains the "language" of process modelling. It provides participants with a high level of expertise on how to model business processes in a consistent manner,
using world wide accepted BPMN symbols and modelling rules. In addition, this course will provide an in depth understanding what a business process is, opposed to a task,
or function, how to slice and dice it and how to segregate different process levels.
