PRIME PMG secures BPM contract with SEQ Water- South East Queensland’s Bulk Water Supply Provider

PRIME PMG has recently secured a contract with SEQ Water to conduct business process mapping services for their ‘Procure to Pay’ function across the whole SEQ Water.

SEQ Water has responsibilities of managing 25 dams and 47 weirs across the South East Queensland, providing essential flood monitoring services, catchment management services for landholders, water quality research and investigation, recreation services, and irrigation services to around 1,000 rural customers in five water supply schemes. It owns, manages and operates physical assets with an estimated value of over $1.8 billion.

PRIME PMG has been engaged by SEQ Water to conduct business process mapping to capture and model current state processes for their ‘Procure to Pay’ function across whole SEQ Water entity. This will enable all the business activities conducted within this function to be accurately reflected and hence deliver transparency to this crucial area of the business. Based on the issues and improvements, future state process maps can be developed by SEQ Water to make the entire process more efficient and more cost effective.
