Process Modeller : This is a support / back office delivery role. However, candidates may have to undertake travel for work as and when needed.
Responsibilities
- Documentation
- Process modelling
- Analysing business processes
- Provide the recommendations for process improvement of our customers’ business processes.
- Make presentations for internal purpose and to customers when necessary
- Participate in Pre-Sales support activities
Skills Required
- A degree in Business Management or Commerce is preferable. A degree in IT/IS will also be considered.
- 3 -5 years experience.
- A strong understanding of corporate business processes is essential.
- Business process mapping/modelling, flowcharting experience is essential.
- Experience in the corporate environment or a in a customer facing role related to business improvement and/or systems implementation will be preferred
- Experienced in BPMN
- Experience in using MS – Visio, Case Tools, BPMS for process documentation
- Is Innovative, Passionate, Proactive, Detailed
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- High Priority to customer service
- Ability to listen
- Confidence & a positive attitude
- Effective time and self management
- Ability to solve problems
- Fluency in English, Hindi
- Start-up company experience helpful
- Expertise in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Team player with capability to work independently
