PRIME PMG secures a new contract with Program Development and Management- TMR QLD

PRIME PMG has been engaged to conduct the Process mapping and Process Review for the Department of Transport and Main Roads-Program Development and Management (PD & M). This project is a pilot test run. The outcomes of this project will be reviewed upon completion to review its suitability. If found satisfactory the process mapping initiative will be rolled out across the division.
