The Australian Sports Commission (ASC) is a statutory authority of the Australian Government. The ASC is governed by a board of commissioners appointed by the Australian Government. The ASC is comprised of six divisions, and administered from Canberra at the AIS Bruce campus.
PRIME PMG has recently been awarded the contract to undertake process mapping for the stakeholder management business area and additionally to gather user requirements for a proposed CRM solution at the Australian Sports Commission. The process mapping exercise will produce the current state as well as future state maps for the stakeholders management, which will form the basis of the new CRM solutions. Additionally, the mapping process will generate current state maps which will help the ASC to realise the core business issues which will translate to a better understanding of the business needs. The process maps and user requirement specification will assist in the development of new CRM solution which will increase efficiency of Stakeholder engagement processes and procedure.
