We have recently completed a business process mapping service for a ‘Procure to Pay’ service across SEQ Water. Now we have received an additional contract to carry out business process mapping for the ‘Asset Maintenance’ process. Under this project PRIME PMG will be mapping up to 40 processes, along with an issues register and further, pinpointing out areas of opportunity that exist within “Asset Maintenance’ SEQ Water. The goal is to implement “best practices” within SEQ Water to enhance the efficiency of day to day activities across the Asset Maintenance process.
