PRIME PMG to deliver Process Analyst Training to Smart Service Queensland

PRIME PMG is set to deliver Business Process Analyst Training to Smart Service Queensland (SSQ) in early 2010.
SSQ is responsible for the integration of government services and information to facilitate faster and easier access for Queensland Government customers.

Upon completion of the three-day training course, participants will be able to document, analyse, model, improve business processes and manage business process change.
In addition, the course will allow participants to develop the skills to lead BPM iniatives.
