Following the successful completion of the Rail Safety Regulation branch project, the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads (QLD TMR) has reengaged PRIME PMG for a further process mapping contract, this time for the Rail Safety Business Systems Support (BSS) branch.
The Business Systems Support unit is one of the four branches in the QLD TMR Rail Safety Division. The said project has just recently launched and is aimed to capture issues and opportunities surrounding the Business Systems Support unit.
Once the Business Systems Support branch project is accomplished, PRIME PMG will be subsequently tasked by QLD TMR to perform further process mapping activities in the remaining two branches of Rail Safety, which are namely, Security and Governance.
