Queensland Department of Transport and Main Rods – Rail Safety Unit (TMR - Rail Safety Unit) has the responsibility of rail safety throughout Queensland. Due to the importance of this role it is vital for TMR - Rail Safety Unit to manage their business processes so they can ensure a first-rate service to the Queensland public to provide rail safety across the board.
