PRIME PMG secures Contact Centre Business Improvement Contract with one of the major councils

Prime PMG has recently secured a Contact Centre Business Improvement Contract with one of the major councils.

At present, council's customer contact centres are dispersed in a number of locations. This project will allow council to bring together these contact centres into one single location thus standardising business processes across all aspects associated with this particular area.

Undertaking this project entails Prime PMG to conduct a series of interviews and several workshops in order to map out the current state of council's contact centre. To assist this, further analysis techniques will be utilised in order to determine the business processes required for examination. As a result, council will have a more streamlined approach in conducting its business operations in service to the local community.
