PRIME PMG delivers training to the Department of Education and TrainingPRIME PMG is to deliver its Process Analyst Training course to staff at the Department of Education and Training in early September 2009. At present, Government Departments are facing challenges as a result of department mergers, budget cuts and the global financial crisis. Departments have had to reevaluate the way they operate in terms of roles, responsibilities, business processes and cost. Possessing knowledge in the Business Process Management (BPM) area can lead to transparency of the organisations' people, processes, systems and governance, hence an opportunity for effective business improvement. The Process Analyst Training course will run for three consecutive days and will give participants an in-depth understanding of the Business Process Management topic. Following the course, participants will be able to document, analyse, model, improve, monitor and manage business processes as well as lead BPM iniatives.
