PRIME PMG has secured a further contract with the Queensland Police Service (QPS) to conduct a series of training courses in the area of Business Process Management.
The first series of training courses, which is the Business Process Analysis training course, was recently held at the Queensland Police Headquarters in Brisbane City from the 1st to the 3rd of September, 2010. Completion of the Business Process Analysis training course is aimed at enabling the participants to possess the ability to effectively document, analyse, model, improve, monitor, and manage business processes in an efficient manner.
Following the successful delivery of this first training, QPS had reengaged PRIME PMG to conduct another series of training courses for their department. The next training course to be held is BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation) for Business Process Modelling which is scheduled on the 11th & 12th of October, 2010 at the Queensland Police Headquarters
The BPMN for Business Process Modelling training course aims to provide participants with a high level of proficiency on how to model business processes in a consistent manner using globally accepted BPMN symbols and process modelling rules.
