An Australian Utility that builds, operates and maintains a state-wide high voltage electricity transmission network embarked on an enterprise-wide initiative to realign its business architecture with renewal of its Information Technology business applications. Underlying this was the need to document, review and streamline business processes to ensure practices optimise the use of IT while delivering corporate services in the most cost-effective and customer-centric fashion. PRIME assisted Client with a Proof of Concept project during 2014 for an upgrade to the Engineering Drawing Management System (EDMS). The outcomes of this project demonstrated the benefits of creating up to date documentation of corporate knowledge in a format that is sustainable under a continuous improvement regime.

Based on this successful delivery of BPM Project by PRIME, Client engaged PRIME yet again for the current initiative to ensure predictable, ongoing delivery of business process improvement services meet their needs for the business architecture realignment.
