One of Queensland’s major Councils has engaged PRIME to assist them manage the organisational changes around the transformation of their infrastructure service delivery area. In the course of the project PRIME assisted not only in this transformation, but also to accelerate process improvement within the functional area.

A pilot project involving documentation of current state maps has been completed and which will standardise processes, eliminate any duplication, optimise efficiencies and engender common understanding within the business area.

The knowledge capture, document management and change management aspects will be supported through the PRIME business process management tool, or Enterprise Process Centre (EPC) which offers a multitude of functions and benefits, such as process repository, identification of roles, business rules, Key Performance Indicators, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
