We are looking for an exceptional talent who is keen to be part of our global leadership team and drive our growth initiatives in Victoria. The selected candidate will enjoy working autonomously to establish and develop the Victorian market, yet will form part of a talented team of people who are placed globally to share their knowledge and grow PRIME PMG. 

As the successful applicant, you will hold the following key responsibilities:

• Scan the Victorian business environment to identify key trends and opportunities in business process management
  Partner with the Australia/India business development team to chart the growth plan for the Victorian market
• Penetrate new accounts by building relationships with senior executives
• Develop solutions to fit customer needs (e.g. mixture of training, consulting, software)
• Complete the sales process from establishing a target market to proposal development for new customers
• Negotiate and close sales with potential customers
• Account management

The successful applicant must:

• Have a minimum of 8+ years business to business, business development and solution selling experience in the professional services industry
• Business Process Management experience is desirable but not mandatory
• Have a high level of business acumen and consultative selling experience
• Be a self motivated and goal-oriented professional
• Be able to work autonomously
• Have a proven track record in closing sales
• Be well presented with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Have an excellent knowledge of the Victorian market
• Previous management consulting experience is desirable
• Exposure towards tender participation, quotation and submission desirable

 Have an excellent communication skill.

Have an ability to multitask and work across time-zones.

 Have high energy, positive attitude, proactive with lot of self motivation.

 Be dynamic and willing to travel.

This position offers the flexibility to work from home and/or the Melbourne CBD.
