PRIME PMG will deliver process mapping and training services to Mantra Group

Mantra Group is one of the leading marketers and managers of Hotels, Resorts and Retreats in Australia and New Zealand with currently over 13,000 rooms under management in more than 130 properties.

PRIME PMG has recently been engaged by Mantra group to undertake process mapping exercises for their wholesale, revenue and accounts management part of the finance division. . This process mapping exercises will help them to understand the core issues that are relevant to their financial processes within their variety of business units. Upon completion of the process mapping, PRIME PMG will also host a training course for the core subject matter expert team who will then analyse these processes to improve the efficiency of the execution as well as reduce the cost of operation.
