PRIME PMG secures further training courses with QLD Police

PRIME PMG has been further engaged by Queensland Police Service (QPS) to conduct a series of training courses due to the exceptional feedback from the previous courses delivered. The new engagement includes 3 sessions of Process Analyst Foundation courses and 3 sessions of BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation) for Business Process Modelling courses. These courses will further assist QLD Police to bring consistency among the approach for business process management across the whole organisation. It also aims to help them establish the sustainable capability of independently implementing process improvements and monitoring these improvements in order to bring in transparency and standardisation into their business processes.

The new series of training courses have been scheduled to be held between January and June, 2011.
