PRIME PMG delivers training services to ACT Department of Education and Training

PRIME PMG has been engaged by the Department of Education and Training (DET) part of the ACT government to deliver a Process Analyst Foundation Course. This training course will be delivered as a pilot experiment for DET to gain an in-depth understanding of Business Process Management and an understanding of their capability of executing it. The course will provide a tool independent methodology which enables them to build the in-house skill set for documenting, mapping, analysing, improving and monitoring business processes for continuous improvement.
