PRIME PMG Implements EPC for Sunshine Coast Regional Council

PRIME Process Management Group will start implementing Enterprise Process Centre (EPC) for Sunshine Coast Regional Council.

Enterprise Process Centre is a multi-user Business Process Management (BPM) software. The core team will take on board EPC to do business process modelling across a variety of business areas for the council. With the implementation of EPC, the regional council can expect to gain the advantage of having end users and process practitioners collaborating with each other within a secure, feature rich and centralised web based management environment while managing business processes. In addition, implementing EPC is the stepping stone to drive the continuous improvement mechanism across the whole organisation. Utilisation of EPC and the Business Process Management training will help Sunshine Coast Regional Council achieve the highest level of Process Maturity in the shortest amount of time.
