PRIME PMG will deliver a BPM course to Department of Transport and Main Roads

Previously, PRIME PMG has developed a large amount of business process maps for multiple divisions of the Department of Transport and Main Road (TMR), upon completion of these process maps, TMR has decided to further engage PRIME PMG to host a training course on business process management. The purpose of this training is to further embed the in-house process management skill set for the TMR process analysts in order to take the previously developed process maps to the next level; the training will also drive the initiative of continuous process improvement.
